Clinical Trial with Front Line Medical Staff

A clinical trial in Turkey put 113 front line doctors, nurses and staff on 500 mg Quercetin with Vit C per day from March 2020 and until the end of June none was tested positive for Covid 19.

At the same hospital, 95 patients who tested positive for Covid 19 were given 1000 mg of the same reported no death. Not the most ideal design for a clinical trial but it pointed out to Quercetin’s prophylactic role during the current pandemic.

COVID-19 management protocol

It is worth noting that Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, Dr. Paul E. Marik, MD, chief of pulmonary and critical care medicine included quercetin in the institution's COVID-19 management protocol for prophylaxis and mild to moderate cases. He co-authored the Frontiers in Immunology paper on quercetin and vitamin C as a potential COVID-19 therapy.

Meet the inventor

Professor Rabie is the founder and President of Tyjito Biotech Ltd, a biotech company that bridges the gap between research and the market. He has always carried out research with clinical value to it, including over 15 patents in the area of fat loss using natural plant extract.
